This drift eliminator is installed by the sinusoidal wave blade and wave spacer. Wave drift eliminator is widely used in the top of the counterflow and crossflow cooling tower, and its function is to separate the droplets in the airflow.

The drift eliminator with spacer could provides extra stiffness for long spans with minimum deflection. The wave spacer can secure wave sections uniformly at a fixed interval to improve stability and blocks that holds the assembled block grid securely. It could been installed quickly and efficiently. Block can be easily cleaned when necessary.

This drift eliminator can be made in any length, the wave blade and wave spacer are made by PVC and PP material.

Wave Type Drift Eliminator Modules use a series of sinusoidal-shaped PP (or PVC)
blades to achieve excellent drift droplet removal by forcing the leaving air to make 3 distinct changes of direction. The more open blade spacing the lower the pressure drop and cost. The blades are held together with connectors, forming an assembled module that is lightweight but strong enough to span up to 2m between supports, saving material & labor costs and reducing air blockage.
