FRP Pultruded profiles tube are widely used as structures in the chemical and corrosion resistance industry, cooling tower,parking lots, sidewalk of bridge, farming shed and so on.Series of our pultrusion profiles include square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, angel, I-beam, Channel, rod and other custom profiles. After proper combination and connection, they could be widely used in many fields such as: FRP grating platforms,Walkways, ladders, guardrails, supporting structures of cooling tower, sporting profiles, tool handles and other load structures,etc.

Pultrusion process is a kind of method to make composite profiles continuously, which using the twistless roving with other continuous reinforced composites, polyester surface mat,ect. to proceed the resin impregnation, then go through the forming mould with same section, and make the continuous depanning after curing un the intramode. Thus, the pultrusion products come out by this automatic production process.

FRP supports are also called FRP floor beams, which are used as supporting beams for shacks. This product is made of unsaturated resin by pultrusion. It has the good characteristics of FRP products. It is stronger and more durable than cast iron beams, and it is beautiful and elegant.

1. Light weight, its specific gravity is about 1.8, its weight is only 1/4 of steel, and 2/3 of aluminum; impact resistance, easy to wash pig's urine, clean and fast.
2. High support strength, under the same weight, FRP profiles have higher strength than steel and aluminum, especially the longitudinal strength.
3. It is easy to install and cut, and it is not necessary to use lifting equipment during installation, which is both economical and convenient.
4. Environmental protection, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance of various water and chemical substances.
5. Anti-aging, long service life of more than 20 years, and no maintenance, comprehensive economic benefits are much better than using carbon steel.
6. Various models and sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
