The inclined pipe is also known as hexagonal honeycomb diagonal pipe, oblique tube packing, honeycomb packing.Inclined tube packing is a sedimentation device developed in the theory of shallow pond and widely used in water treatment sedimentation tank and precipitation equipment.It is the most widely used and mature water treatment equipment in water supply and drainage engineering.
There're two assembly ways: inclined tube and straight pipe , materials are: PP & PVC, assembling ways are: glue adhesion and electric smelting, The inclined pipe is shaped like hexagonal tube and corrugated sheet, the aging period in the original polypropylene packing on the basis of 3 to 5 years can be extended to the service life of 5 to 10 years.

Advantages:

4.Using the pipe chute sedimentation tank, the processing capacity is 3-5 times of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank,and 2-3 times of the acceleration clarifying tank and the pulse clarifying pool.
Application:
It is mainly used for sand removal. It is widely used in water supply and drainage engineering in recent ten years and has become a water treatment device. It has the advantages of wide application range, high treatment effect and small floor area. It is suitable for water inlet Desanding, general industrial and domestic water supply sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation and tail tensioning concentration. It is not only suitable for new projects, but also suitable for the reconstruction of existing old pools, which can achieve good economic benefits.
