The ML cooling tower fill is one of famous and popular PVC cross flow fill in all of the brands cooling tower fill. It is good sales in the worldwide and have a good lifetime in use.

Working Principles

ML cooling tower include drift eliminator two sides itself and have certain 5 degree inclination which is requested in the hanging. Why it need some angles inclination? The reason is two side honeycomb and drift eliminator after connecting one by one, that will decrease the splash of water droplets in the water flow falling. That will reduce the water loss and wastage. If the wastage is less 0.001%, it is meet the standard. But if it is more than 0.001%, please check the ML cooling tower fill installation and make sure the right PVC fill size and quantity of the loose sheets. Only after making sure the cool air meet hot water enough, the temperature reduction is more effective.

Different Types

ML cooling tower fill have 2 designs: one is MX75 design, the other is MC75 design.

Considering the two designs, MX75 is more popular. The 1220mm(width)*2980mm (length)*0.38mm(thickness) is the normal size. The above ML fill is suitable for NC series and SR series cooling tower, those tower cooling the water from 38 degree t (inlet water temperature) to 33 degree (outlet water temperature), or cooling water from 42 degree(inlet water temperature) to 32 degree (outlet water temperature). That means our Sinta company PVC cooling tower fill has enough temperature tolerance because PVC can meet the highest water temperature to be 60 degree.
